Material Restock Policy

• All material returns are subject to Chisholm authorization, inspection, and tally
• Material must be in the same condition and packaging as it was when it was originally purchased
• Stock items may be returned for credit and are subject to the following terms:

0-30 Days – 15% restocking fee ($35.00 minimum charge)

31-60 Days – 25% restocking fee ($50.00 minimum charge)

Over 60 Days – No credit

• Special order items’ eligibility for credit will be based on the return policy of Chisholm’s vendor and may be subject to additional charges

Guidelines for Picking Up Material Returns

• A picture of the material and jobsite conditions must be provided to schedule a pick up
• Material needs to be staged in a similar manner as it was delivered
